Jake Stavis is a creative strategist working at the intersections of food and culture. He previously served as Director of Programming at Care of Chan, a premier event production agency specializing in hospitality-driven experiences. As a writer and editor, he has created original content for brands and publications both online and in print. He was also a curatorial fellow at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Jake holds a PhD in art history and archaeology from Columbia University, which sounds like a weird flex but is actually a fact that informs his approach; for him, food is just another medium.
Jake presently lives in Los Angeles.
